We did not get an appliance dolly as ordered, which was frustrating. He called around FOUR different UHAUL locations to see if any of them had one and none did... so we had to pay $75 to rent one for a few days from Home Depot, and of course that took a ton of time to deal with as well. Incredibly annoying.
