reed S.The owners here were very disorganized, not on time when they asked us to come early to pick up the truck so they could go to the home and garden show, told us they would get us an extra day due to snow, bad wind on the way to our new place, but did not and did not answer my email when I asked about it no appearing on the contract. I have not had trouble before with many uhaul renting experiences, this was a negative one.
Christine S.People were super nice. They helped me to make things easier. They were clearly following Haulmark rules, but also cared. A good balance. It seems to me haulmark would be hard to please. Not that fond of so many money making rules.
