U-haul quality puts penske's to shame!
PASQUALE GWas trying to charge me 2x the amount I was quoted. My truck was not ready on time. The entire thing was a mess and messed up my move. Seemed like a U-Haul company problem more than the location.
ABIGAIL SThis rating is not specifically about the return location but the U-Haul process. The location is listed as open until 4:30pm on Saturday. However upon dropping off a truck at 4:20pm we found that the location actually closed at 4pm. It is listed this way on their door and their website. The return process via mobile worked fine except I had to complete it outside in the pouring rain. U-Haul needs to verify their location hours. This location is convenient for this area.
