I was very satisfied with the self service pick up of the rental truck. I had another provider cancel on me 30 minutes before I was supposed to pick up their rental truck and was able To reserve a U-Haul truck from Milrent at the very last minute. I was skeptical about the self service pickup option but didn’t have a choice. It turned out to be very easy and drop off was easy as well. Very satisfied customer

Set up drop off via an email request from U-Haul. Chose day and time (4pm). Email showed hours to 5pm. Arrived to find location closed. Used U-Haul 800#. A very helpful person guided me through drop off procedures (photos and all). U-Haul's phone based customer service was very helpful.

DEREK HDon’t put giant decals on customer’s windows because they park at the business that is renting. No where did it say no parking and this was a terrible way to end this experience
