Seedy old store-would not provide me with anything to confirm my tendering the vehicle to them. A lot of fast talk-promises to take care of everything-all around felt like a dishonest place. Never received the promised email from this location on the day I dropped it off , I called Uhaul customer service twice to get things resolved. First on the 27th, and the rep called the location, which promised to send email. Uhaul customer service was great, but it took a second call to get a finalized receipt, more that 24 hours after drop off on the 28th. I was very happy with Uhaul customer service they were able to get me an email that closed out the rental. Had I not been persistent, I feel things would not have gone well.
