I requested to pick up my truck at a specific location close to where I was moving stuff from. When I got there, they told me my location had been changed to across town. I never received an email letting me know my pick up location changed. They told me they didn’t have my truck at that location so my pickup location was changed, even though there was 10 trucks in the size I ordered sitting out front. This was frustrating.

Breena HThere was no information on where I should park the huge truck. So I parked it in there parking lot in front of the building, there's no science to tell you where to park the trucks at all. And I could not find any information about where to park it when I was doing the truck drop off paperwork, the location was closed. So I used a Dropbox for the keys..
