Lezabati BThe gas tank was nearly empty when I picked up the truck, and I returned it with the same amount of gas yet I was charged for gas. The tank was NOT 1/3 full.
Jewel CThere are NO signs telling U-Haul customers to enter a lighting fixture store to get a rental truck. There’s only a locked chainlink gate with U-Haul’s name on it, but that’s it! I had to walk into each store to find out where to go. Finally, someone told me to go into the store that sells light fixtures! It’s ridiculous to make your customers go thru that just to find you! The man inside the lighting store was polite, kind, and offered to enter my info into his computer, since I didn’t have the app. I greatly appreciated that. But the address he typed in is completely wrong. I hope that’s not the address you keep in your computer system!! That will cause me grief for future rentals. I don’t want two different accounts — one with the right address and another with the wrong one.
