using app to pickup the truck is not straight forward, software defect prevented completing the pickup process, had to call customer support to bypass it
hashim qThe office manager Miriam was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered 3 of us showed up to rent a truck that was reserved online at 10:am. Office closed. She finally showed up at 10:15 or so. I had requested a dolly and blankets that were paid for and they didn’t have. I asked her if she took them the bill and she said she would. Then I asked if I could please have a copy of the revised receipt We were nothing but polite to her the whole time we were there and she treated us very unkindly. She should not be a manager for any one company. We looked at reviews afterwards and they were all bad. She should be fired. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER rent a truck from that location. Worst EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!
SUSAN BI was charged $15 even though Inturned it in with a quarter of a tank. I had to call the location and painfully go over why I shouldn’t have to pay. To the attendants credit, she finally admitted error on her part and corrected
