Staff was helpful in extending my rental another day and explaining how to drop off the vehicle after hours. Easy location to access and was allowed to park my personal vehicle in their lot during operating hours.

Oil needs changed
Patricia FI am very disappointed in the extra charges I was not told anything about . I was charged an after hour fee . I returned the U-Haul truck before it was even due back . As I was told I put the keys in the lock box since larsens had just closed . When I spoke with a larsens employee about returning the vehicle after hours they simply told me to put the keys in the lock box . Then on top of that I was charged a cleaning fee . It was not dirty at all ! Plus I never was told there would be a cleaning fee. I am very frustrated and quite disappointed with this U-Haul experience. I will not be using them again nore referring them to anyone I know .

ANGELINA SUpon receiving the truck, I observed that the bed was slightly soiled with sand and a few small rocks, which did not concern me. However, upon returning the vehicle, the clerk informed me that I would be charged an additional $20 due to the soiled condition. I explained that I had received the truck in this state, but she insisted that I should have thoroughly inspected and cleaned it before returning it. Consequently, she provided me with a broom to assist in cleaning the bed. I am outraged.
