This location was inside a grocery store. Which is fine. What was not fine was that their computer on day of pickup was not working and took an hour to process my pickup while waiting for someone to arrive at store to fix problem. If I had had to catch a ferry that night, I would have missed my reservation. Then when I went in today to pay the remaining of my balance, they could not find my account or order. While working with me, the sales person interrupted our transaction 3 times to process other customers. I finally had to say no more interruptions until he was finished with me as I had an appointment. I was there for around 45 minutes to pay my $33 bill. Very frustrating and won’t work with that location again.

Doug HThe location's hours on the Uhaul site do not match the location's actual hours. The sites themselves do not seem to have anything to do with doing business with Uhaul.
Daniel LAfter reviewing my contract which I was told I had two day rental and find out on the contract I was only given one day I returned at 7pm. The truck was not booked back into the system after 1pm on the 3rd day resulting in me being charged another $40. The cost of renting this truck for a one day move was over $400. For the amount of belongingss I had and moving from Nanaimo to Courtenay and paying over $400 I thought was excessive and will never rent through UHaul again.
