How U-Haul Reviews WorkAfter reviewing my contract which I was told I had two day rental and find out on the contract I was only given one day I returned at 7pm. The truck was not booked back into the system after 1pm on the 3rd day resulting in me being charged another $40. The cost of renting this truck for a one day move was over $400. For the amount of belongingss I had and moving from Nanaimo to Courtenay and paying over $400 I thought was excessive and will never rent through UHaul again.

TOM CThai was the second re-assigned pickup location due to equipment shortages . Don’t let people order what you can’t deliver. Staff on hand had no idea how to deal with anything after the app crashed out.
