Staff was friendly and efficient. Signage at entrance and for office adequate but could be more clear.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkLocation great. Staff location everything. 10/10 On the other hand, experience from uhaul overall very annoying and inconvenient. Booked for a trailer a week ahead of when pickup was needed. Booked in town we needed it but after a few days of having a confirmed reservation received an update it would be available in a town 40mins away. Made moving inconvenient.

Luc L1. No signage on the street. Very hard to find the location because of this. Building not visible from corner intersection where we were to turn. Also very far off the beaten track. 2. No signage on the building. Office was on the back of the building out of sight. When parking we were told by a staff member that “U-Haul is not our primary business you know, please park around the back.” Offensive! 3. We were charged almost $5000 over our quoted price. Fortunately, we were paying attention and caught the error. Staff did not know what to do and finally called U-Haul Central, where the “glitch” was corrected. 4. Premises are unsightly, cluttered and filthy.
Laurie RYvonne was a fabulous Uhaul worker. Friendly and easy to talk to. She was awesome and helped me out at the last minute.
