Not impressed by my recent experience. The hands off business model where the pick up location is just that…not the operator…no on-site support frustrating. Location not certain to have in stock add on items needed. No dolly. No way of knowing this in advance or fixing it. I can’t recommend U-Haul and will avoid using again. !

It was just a bit difficult to find, the sign was really small on a rural road. - but overall,went smoothly.
MARK WDriveway to the office in the back of building is in dire need of grading. Some signage could be placed in front to direct customers to the back of the building
Joanna TIt was not a very convenient location, parking lot was very muddy and full large pot holes. Very cluttered with broken down vehicles. Tight getting the large 26ft truck in and out. My husband is a very good and experienced driver and even he found it tricky. Staff was pleasant.
