Bill doesn’t have the best customer service and his storefront is a disaster. Not a good brand booster for U-Haul, although I’ve experienced worse in Calgary years ago. The right lower side mirror was broken, and should be replaced.

This UHaul was in the worst mechanical condition of any UHaul I have ever rented. Mystery charges on. Invoice. The charge on my credit card was substantially ($50) higher than the invoice with the unconfirmed charges. Wish I went to my usual location.

MARK SWas nice to have the truck out front and the back open when we arrived to pick it up. The proprietor was very pleasant and helpful. Not sure if it had been swept out prior to, but wasn’t bad at all. It was swept before we returned it. Would definitely rent from Performance Products again.
