KAREN BHad the return location changed two times, last time without approval. I selected return location in my town (campbell river) which was on the original reservation, when I picked up the trailer they told me it was going to be black creed instead (25min drive) which was not ideal but I agreed. 2 days before my return they sent me a message stating that the new drop off location was in courtney (45min drive + 45min drive back) which made me spend much more time and gas than planned. No one asked me, I never agreed in this.. I arrived to the location which was a bit hard to find, space was crowded, managed to tow the trailer all the way to the back which was the inly available place with a very reduced space.
RICARDO HI received it with a 1/2 tank and returned it with a 1/2 tank and they charged me $15 at the return location. pick up location was quick and good, truck was decently clean, return was location was not so great do to the rip off. please contact me to return my $15
