How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe vehicle was clean and the process to get in was easy. However, I had to buy a full tank of gas before I even got a mile down the road. So I feel like I was paying someone else’s gas trip. For the mileage I traveled I only used a 1/4 a tank.
Lauren AThe truck was filthy on the outside, the windshield was so bad it was unsafe, I had to clean inside and outside. Upon dropping it off in Asheville we found out the turn signals in the rear were not working, very spooky as we had just drove it from northern Kentucky. And there was a $ 98.85 tax I was not informed of when I reserved it. Not a pleasant experience!!
