Picking up a U-Haul truck via the mobile app is horrible. Had to search for 10 minutes just to find where the key box was located. The app refused to accept any of the pictures of the truck that was requested. This location is ok if you don’t have to use mobile check in, but not recommended if you do.

The key holders were a little hard to find at the pick up.
Bridget GI waited 1 hour to process renting the vehicle. I had done all of it online before I got there. I was charged over $17 for gas and I didn’t go 25 miles. So a $50 rental was over a $100 with all the fees and charges. Something-anything should be better.
Mary GTruck was dirty, parking was tight, your lack of providing physical personnel makes this whole experience a nightmare, wanting a photo of every angle of the truck and the truck is in a tiny parking lot making that impossible. It’s not the stations fault, this is U-Hauls fault, lack of customer care towards customers needs. There should be a cheaper price for using mobile pick up and drop off since U-Haul doesn’t care to expand their own workforce.
