I had to wait 1.5 hours to get the vehicle because they are incompetent. When I showed up and gave the reservation number, I was told they do not have the truck I requested. I had to call your customer service line 2 times to assist so that I could get the vehicle that was in their parking lot assigned to me by U Haul. The business continued to take care of other customers while I just stood there being pushed aside because she did not know how the rental process worked. I had to call your IT Support line as well to guide her through the rental process because she could not do it. I never did get the dolly, they tried giving me an appliance dolly and I had to explain the difference. As I left I had to call your customer service line for a fourth time to have the insurance that I told her I did not want credited back along with the dolly I never got. I was overcharged. To make matters worse, I had several people waiting on me to move and they left out of frustration and time because I was delayed so long at this facility. Without the extra help, it took me a half day longer than I had allowed for because of the negligence at this facility. I would like for a representative to contact me and I would really appreciate some type of a refund for the way I was not only treated but delayed in picking up a rental truck. I cannot remember the last time I had such a poor experience. Please contact me.

SOFIA LThe girls at this site were friendly and tried their best, but the computer site was not. The info from our phone, driver info, did not copy well as it was not able to be present, but in my phone instead. This could have been easier for us all.
