I rented moving pads with my move. Before I dropped the truck off, I did everything I was asked to do at the drop off location (e.g. filled the truck with gas, swept out the back, and cleaned out the cab). After I dropped the truck off, I was charged $31.95 because I stacked the moving pads in the back of the truck but didn't properly "fold" them. This was never mentioned to me as a requirement at any time during the rental period and feels like a deceptive omission. I would not rent or drop off again using this location.
