Anthony MI was told $50 for uhaul to hook up car hauler. At 68 yrs, I had to find, hook up auto hauler BY myself..., in the Florida heat, humidity...., not happy. Definitely heat exhaustion.., in the 45 min to 1 hour it took me to load, BY MYSELF. Later call apologized. She thought I needed help. loading vehicle, though I adamantly repeated, Uhaul has Never charged me to connect, in fact, always you connect to 1 assist backup to hitch, 2 assure trailer is locked tight 3 check lights. None of this was done at pick up.
