Assistance was great! The trailer was very clean, but the trailer turned out to be the worst I’ve ever towed. At least one of the tires was out of round shook terribly going down the road. It made for a very uncomfortable trip. I was pressed for time and didn’t make a stop for service anywhere along the trip to another U-Haul center

Alexander PThe truck that was rented to me had an error code twice pop up on the dashboard during the trip that the AdvancedTrac system needs to be maintained. When this happened, the cruise control was unavailable for use. I had to stop and research the problem. Turning the vehicle off and back on temporarily removed the error from the dashboard and I was able to resume use of the cruise control. The guy who rented the truck and trailer to me was not very helpful in instructions either. He simply said, “watch youtube to learn how to load the trailer”. Fortunately, I was already knowledgeable. The front chain on the trailer was missing the rubber retaining clip.
