I want to start out by saying the girl in the back office with the U-Haul keys was pleasant. The girl at the service desk was beyond rude.

They over charged us for gas and then lied about it. We drove a little over 50 miles and put 4 gallons of gas in, which left it at slightly above a quarter tank (where we started) they charged us for an additional 13 gallons, which at 10mpg meant we would’ve driven 130+ miles. They tried to scam us, and I would never go there again and tell everyone to watch out.

RAYMOND FThere was dirt all over the back and floors but overall, a clean truck. I am grateful for good wipers and windshield fluid. They guaranteed me I would not be responsible for the cicadas that I hit and run. 😉That is why the windshield fluid light came on.
