Vehicle dropped off 30 hours early. Paperwork done and keys left in drop box as directed, had to do this since they were not open for their posted hours. Then they actually billed my credit card for an extra day, saying I was late with delivery. I had to call and complain to have charge reversed. Tried to rip me off, and I was met with sarcasm and attitude when I called to complain. Would not go near this location again, even if the rental was free.

Great customer service
JACOB KI used a 10 ft truck for 22 miles and you charged me for 4 gallons of fuel because why? your meters are rigged. Those trucks do not get 5 mpg. This is dishonest, fraudulent business practices.
