The HARDEST part of this rental was/is ALL THE JUNK uhaul REQUIRES JUST TO COMPLETE the rental. UHaul ENCOURAGES YOU TO "maybe go to another renter place." This was the 2nd time with the SAME DELAYS, SAME PERSONAL INFO, SAME PUSH TO BUY EXTRA's.

It was a very easy process to do my rental. The people who handled the rental were great!
