Jeffrey V.Rented 10 furniture blankets but they were not in the truck. Used the 24/7 pick up so the facility was closed. Could not get the blankets.

Rebecca P.I reserved as pick-up through the office onsite. The onsite office is closed on Fridays. That triggered a bunch of hurdles and phone calls in order to be able to take the truck through Uhaul. Additionally, there was no dummy for which I requested and paid for.
