Everything was good; however, they did not have dolly at location. Representative found a U-Haul location on our way home where we could rent dolly; however, upon reaching location we found dolly was on truck but not our furniture pads we requested. The location on US 30 gave us the padding. The reps at both locations were friendly and courteous! Thank you

How U-Haul Reviews WorkIt’s a gas station! Counter person kept stopping to help me every time a ‘gas station’ customer came in. No help hitching trailer, no hitch or lighting check. I felt like an inconvenience. Will never use this location again.
