Alexis HI received a notification the morning of my pick up that my original location did not have requested U-Haul even though I reserved it 4 days in advance. Only to be told that I would have to drive 20 miles out of the way to get my U-Haul. Once there the person in charge of the rental was not at the pickup location and had to wait 30 mins to get the truck.
