increase pricing transparency. Your advertising clearly states that the van rental is $19.99 / hour. Then you apply an additional $40.00 of fees that were not communicated during the rental. When I received my receipt the total cost was $60.00 for a rental that was advertised as $19.99. I have no doubt that this deception was intentional and planned marketing by U-haul. However, in the future I will scrutinize the costs before ever renting with U-haul again. There are other rental opportunities in my neighborhood for van rentals and I doubt I will ever rent from Uhaul again.

JULIO GIts confusing. Its right next to an actual Uhaul lot so it took a long time to figure out where to park. Once I did it was hard to fit the truck into the small lot
