Very pleasant to work with and very accommodating
JAMEY FI would rent a U Haul from this location any time! Rich was amazing to work with as he came out to help us hook up the trailer we rented. He thoroughly explained the process and was very accommodating to us. If you need a UHaul rental, I would highly recommend going to the Cuba City location with Rich!
Brett CThey didn't return my calls. Also the ap is clunky. I have to find my reservation in my account, even with the email. Counter-intuitive and not simple. U-hual phone support hung up on me... TWICE, and that's after waiting 12 minutes each time to connect. Cleaning fees added without consent. I had to go out of my way to decline them. Might be my last Uhual rental.
Erik BWobderful addition to Cuba City, we have a truck and a aluminum trailer, we bought a glass antique cabinet and needed an enclosed trailer worked perfect for picking the cabinet up didn't have to worry about the glass getting broken. We are a quarter mile from the U Haul dealer
