I’ve rented from U-Haul and no had no problems before. I had no problems this trip either besides, the app for mobile pick up is very frustrating. Many attempts to submit a picture of my license because it kept telling me it wasn’t a license. The verifying the license takes forever. I tried to submit pictures of the truck 3 times until it finally loaded them. And now I’m being charged for 239 miles drove when I only drove 75 at most. Now I’m being told I’m just out $300 because “that’s not what the odometer says” I will not be using U-Haul again.

JAMES RMake pick ups and returns easier when nobody there to help. I didn't know where the lockboxes were or that I had to go to a special site for ride share. And when I returned the truck, it took over an hour because the webpage you need to complete kept restarting so I couldn't complete it quickly at all. Very frustrating! Also I filled the tank back to the exact place it was when I got it and I was still charges for 2 gallons of gas at $5 a gallon!!!! Total BS!! I wrote a complaint to the email but didn't even get a response. So that's why I don't recommend this place at least when they aren't there to help.
