I am 82 years old and it would have been nice to have a male person there to help hook up the trailer. The trailer had no jack and the tongue was resting on the ground and it was difficult lifting it up to place on receiver.

MARLA BI didn't get to use the trailer & I asked for a partial refund. I only went a couple miles & only had it a couple hours. I couldn't use it because it didn't come with a wench. I called & asked if they had a wench & someone was supposed to call me back but Noone ever has
