There was no one at this location and I was unable to retrieve the truck. I had to wait until someone came in from the property next door to open the gate. Very unacceptable

Wes RMissing supplies I paid for and I had no idea the location was coded to go in and to get out . The code was only given once in the check in process and it was not clear the code would be needed to get back out . U-Haul customer service was awesome. I’ve had better experiences with other U-Haul locations and won’t be back to this one
