Have the equipment where it supposed to be. I had to travel out of my way to get the truck because it was NOT at the location that I reserved it. Uhaul did give me the extra mileage BUT NOT THE EXTRA FUEL COST!!!. The truck only gets 7-8 miles per gallon. I should have been compensated for my fuel and extra TIME. The truck was NOT at my reserved pick up location.
