Better coordination between truck share and location regarding key location. When I the app told me to call uhaul, I did and was told I would have to take a Uber to another location. Uhaul was wrong and I was able to get the vehicle finally at this location.
patrick sSeems the attendant wasn’t aware of some intricacies in the account and U-Haul question to answer. I was arriving late when returning vehicle and called them about 3-4 times and there was no answer. I couldn’t get ahold of someone. I needed to go find another gas station to pump gas becuase they only had cash only —- which delayed my return to find another gas station. I showed her that I called and she said oh I think our phone is out of order. SMH then I get charged and additional day…. Not cool.

Brenda HWe had reserved our return location at 7:30 AM and by 2 PM. We were told that we could not return it at that location. You should have it first reserved first come and do not take away reserved locations away from customers.
