We had reserved our return location at 7:30 AM and by 2 PM. We were told that we could not return it at that location. You should have it first reserved first come and do not take away reserved locations away from customers.

Christopher VWe searched the property for the key Dropbox but was not able to locate it. Jose the security guard at the dropoff location said there is not a key Dropbox at the location, and that he takes the keys and gives them to uhaul in the morning. Keys were left with Jose as instructed
