Terrible experience, the van was filthy, smelled of a wet dog. The AC was broken, knob was ripped off. The driver side window roll down lever was also broken. I have pictured to show this. While the representative at the store was kind he was unable to do anything and I ended up being charged twice as much as I was told it would be and the only excuse was “uhaul has made some changes and it’s been frustrating for us too”. Between the junk van and being charged double I can’t think of it being much worse.

Doulas EUnprofessional with the return I added extra days online but apparently it didnt take. It was a horrible experience

The transmission was slipping bad the defrost knob was missing and we were driving in the rain so no I would not recommend going to this U-Haul place and then besides that almost a week afterwards they hit her card for another $140 a steer clear of running a U-Haul at Pitt and go in Cumberland.
