How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe pin on the ramp that secured it was bent and made it impossible to open. Had to utilize a hammer and screw driver that I had to buy in order to lower the ramp. I returned the trailer before the end of my 24 hr rental on the 29th. The business was closed. On Monday I was charged an additional 2 days of rental even though I returned the trailer before the end of my lease agreement. The office refused to assist in any way and told me I had to call U-Haul. This charge overdrafted my account causing me to be charged a fee. I’ve rented from this location before same scenario rented on Friday and returned on Saturday when they were closed and have never been charged additional days. Their unwillingness to adjust the rental in house further inconvenience me by having to call U-Haul over drafting my account. I’m giving this location a 1 star.

DONALD VLocation is VERY convenient for anyone using the C&O Canal Trail, or the Great Allegheny Passage, for that matter. U-Haul is just a side business, so the inventory can be limited and they could not answer some questions; but they were generally helpful and did not keep me waiting.
