Gurpreet Sthe drop off point was ok... My overall rental experience was problematic. Rental # 72375150 was scheduled for a June 14 pickup. Drove to the location, the truck was there but 30 minutes into the "rental" I was told the truck was not in his inventory so he could not rent it to me. Called the U-haul customer service but the prompt said it was an hour wait for resolution. Had to make a new reservation and drive over to the new location for pickup. Finally, not knowing how much fuel the truck would need, I filled up after pickup since the truck had only 1/4 tank. I returned the vehicle with a 1/2 tank but received no credit on my rental. Pretty sure I would have been charged if there was less fuel than when I picked it up. Why no credit?
