They charged me a cleaning fee and truck was clean but front floor board had dust from the salt being down because of snow. Which is normal dirt. Nothing to charge to clean. Will use Penske next time!!!!

ROBERT SWe were charged $25 for cleaning fee when we returned it clean. We dropped it off after hours and the parking lot was near impossible to park in for a drop off of a truck.
