They need to get more help I had to unhook the trailer my self. No one came out to even check the equipment

Great customer service and friendly service
SAMUEL WI rented a Uhaul truck and did everything online using their app including checking in the day of. Everything went smoothly and I had very little interaction with the people there. Fast and easy.
