It’s unclear where to go in the store for assistance. Had to wait at the cashier and ask. Signage of some kind would be helpful.
Jean TI paid for a dolly and there was no dolly in the truck. I also got charged an extra 130 dollars because the app messed up my mileage.
Miles TNick at the Rental Pick Up location was great. But... that was the 3rd location I was sent to... not including the very convenient location that the original reservation was made, that was switched the day before pick up. What I thought was going to be a very quick pick up turned into over an hour of running around Omaha before getting to the final location.
