The 24 blankets that I rented had black mold on them… and when I asked for a refund they told me to call corporate… I think that was very disappointing to have to use blankets and touch them with mold all over them and she looked at them and said she will just wash the blankets again… I deserve a refund

Navigating the construction was a little hard, but it was welcoming and easy to return the equipment. The office cat was a nice bonus
JOSEPH GMake sure the truck is cleaned out so I don't have to clean after other customers. Trash inside cabin behind seats, windshield and mirrors dirty. Poor attention to detail. Was truck maintenance even checked? **Horrible experience with Uhaul scheduling and my truck not being available despite reserving with ample time....uhaul 1800 customer service has gone way down hill. Terrible experience. Switching to Penske or Budget next time.
