There was no attendant to go through the vehicle for discrepancies before taking possession of vehicle. I had to call to find out where the key was and the combination to the lockbox to get the key. Damon Wade was listed as the contract and he never answered my calls so I called the help line. The mileage was of by not than 30 miles and the fuel was less then what they claimed. They tried to charge me $50 more than estimated because of the discrepancies. I have pictures of before and after as my proof. Would not recommend this location.
DANA RNo email to let me know how to get the truck, walked in to get the haul, was told they have nothing to do with it and to call some number. The lady on the other end was not the friendliest. It took me a half hour to get the truck from when I pulled up. And it’s a self serve. This should have been very simple. The truck was falling apart. The outside had X’s everywhere and dents. When driving, if you let off the gas the truck squeals so loud you can’t talk on the phone or to the person next to you.
