The gentleman who attended us was rude and hateful. We called the 1-800 number for a location to turn equipment back in and asked for a receipt once we had. The man who is at this location was hateful with every comment and snapped when we asked for a receipt .

DAVID UTrying to drop off equipment was frustrating. It was not after hours, but could not find anyone to help. There were employees on the site, but nobody seemed interested in helping me. Wound up having to do the drop as if it was an after hours return. The site was easily accessible, though and facilitated an easy drop-off of the trailer.
