Truck could have been cleaned off from the snow and area surrounding truck. Had to walk through snow to get in. Originally rented van, Uhaul called night before and gave me the 10" truck instead due to van not being available. I asked when I went to pick it up if I could return to a closer location by my home and was told it would be consider 1 way and cost more! If I would have thought quick enough when they called, I would have canceled the van and just went for the 10" truck by my house. Total inconvenience.

GRANT GWiring had shorts. I had a reservation at a location 5 min from my home. The night before I was told I needed to change the pickup to a location 45 min away. I drove by at least 4 uhaul sites to get the trailer
