The only issue at all was that when the trailer is empty it bangs around and sounds like it could come right off the hitch, but I am not sure that anything can be done about it.

I have a receipt for the exact trailer I reserved. When I arrived to pick it up, the "manager" said that it would cost more if we wanted it.

When we arrived to pick up our 20' truck they told us that the customer who was supposed to have dropped it off, decided to keep it for another day. But they were able to rent us a 26' truck, and we were quickly on our way. We appreciated their friendly, professional, and efficient service and approach!

HOWARD FThe cargo van that we rented was not safe. Every time you hit the brakes the steering wheel would shake. Brakes and rotors need changing extremely bad. Dents and scratches all over the vehicle.
