i was charged $48.00 dollars for missing equipment, the moving pads were in the back of the truck never opened. I pointed that out to the Lady that checked me in.

VICTORIA BThe gentleman who attended us was rude and hateful. We called the 1-800 number for a location to turn equipment back in and asked for a receipt once we had. The man who is at this location was hateful with every comment and snapped when we asked for a receipt .
