EDUARDO RThe customer service representatives are extremely rude and disrespectful and do not have the vaguest clue about what they are doing. I made reservations 48+ hours in advance and upon arriving at the pickup location, despite me following all instructions I had to waste almost 1 and half hours trying to locate the keys to the truck. I was talked to like I was illiterate and hung up on the phone by 4 different representative and one of these were supposed to be a supervisor. The vehicle was in very poor shape to top off my whole nightmarish experience. I will seek other options if I need to move in the future and definitely will not recommend Uhaul to no one else!!!

CHARLES RKnow sure procedures but U-Haul either needs to inspect or pay to have the locations inspect and repair your equipment . First auto trailer had a bald tire and replacement trailer had no brakes .
