They are just a pick up/drop off location. They do not help with anything, and they gave me a lot of wrong information. The truck that I was supposed to pick up was there, but had not been signed back into their system yet, so I sat there for an hour waiting on it because of their incompetency.

The representative should be there on time and have the items requested in the order on the truck. And also that particular representative, Roy, was rude and never did give me any satisfaction regarding the dolly that was missing and then of course refused to answer his phone when I called back. He gives false information.
OLETA PNothing special about the drop off. There was nothing wrong with it.. it was just a gas station that I did the drop off electronically and then left the truck and the keys in the dropbox.
