The representative should be there on time and have the items requested in the order on the truck. And also that particular representative, Roy, was rude and never did give me any satisfaction regarding the dolly that was missing and then of course refused to answer his phone when I called back. He gives false information.

Nothing special about the drop off. There was nothing wrong with it.. it was just a gas station that I did the drop off electronically and then left the truck and the keys in the dropbox.
