Your system has a lot of flaws it took 1 hr to get a truck,and then when we were given the key ,we had to drive around the lot to find the truck to the key that was given to us,Al the child their were trucks parked out side of the office,the truck that was given to us was banded on the inside of the grounds of the storage lot, if I need a truck again I would still use you company again, but you need to do better on getting the prossive done more quickly.

The gentleman behind the counter wasn't the friendliest, nor was he very knowledgeable about my rental. Our pickup location was moved a few days prior to the rental and I had already spoken to someone about the change, if it would affect cost, etc. but he kept saying I should have asked more questions because what I was told wasn't correct. He didn't go out of his way to try and help either.
