The Indian man that I picked the keys up from was very rude. I asked him the first time if he had the keys to the uhauls outside to which he said no. Spent 45 minutes on hold with support and they called the store and he magically has the keys…. Then tried to argue with me about the appliance dolly. Very rude and unprofessional. Would not recommend doing business with this location.

Everything was amazing at this location!
ERIC SAfter scheduling via phone and providing cc info for payment I showed to the location during the time I requested on the phone. Once at the location I was told that I did not have a reservation and there was not a truck available despite the fact that there was a truck of my specifications in the parking lot. I initially thought it was an inventory error until the gentleman began to nervously begin to ask me questions after he heard me speaking to U-Haul on my phone. Prior to this he made no calls to attempt assist me.
Tefylon CTrailer did not pull straight. There definitely was something wrong with the axel.
