The parking at this location is not optimal for cars nor the U-Haul trucks. The vehicle I was assigned to was blocked behind other U-Haul trucks so I had to be reassigned. I also rented furniture blankets, however I was told they were not available after I had received the keys. This was removed my bill however they would have been extremely helpful for moving. I would recommend going to a larger storage facility instead of this location.
David KThey need to make sure the unit have at minimum, been vacuumed out.
TIMOTHY SThe first truck I got it wasn't any gas in it. The second truck after telling the associate it wasn't any gas in the truck. He gives me another truck with barely in gas in the truck. I had to put gas in it right away. The associate also asked to see my phone to verify my contacts I never been asked after telling someone my additional contact person to hand them my phone to verify that the number is in my phone. The passenger keyhole doesn't work I almost broke the key in it. This was truly a bad experience.
