Truck was dirty, attendant was rude as if he didn’t want to help. Made me download the app for a pick up after I talked to someone on the phone who said I didn’t need the app. I called another location before being sent to this one that was further away from the one I called in the first place. I wasted so much time and got charged extra on top of all that. This was my first rental in Texas as I used U-Haul often but never had an experience like this.

Nothing at all great service
CONDREDGE CThe truck was clean and I didn't have any issues. I did request a furniture dolly, appliance dolly and general dolly. When I got there they told me they didn't hate them. They took it off my bill but it was still an inconvenience as it made the move harder.
