Worst service ever. They tried to charge me USD 1,700, saying that I had not returned the truck. NEVER RENT HERE!!

They came to pick up the truck but didn't take the key that was inside it. There were two new pieces of furniture still in their boxes—worth $600—inside the truck, and they won't give them back to me; I demand the return of my furniture.
JOSEDIMAS NI rented 2 trucks over a 4 day period. The first truck I rented had a transmission issue that put the truck in limp mode. The truck would not shift gears and burned a quarter tank of gas in a 20 mile drive. I estimated that the truck would get 8 mpg. I drove it 80 miles. I should have used approximately 10 gallons of gas. I put 20 gallons in it and was still charged a refueling fee. I also opted to rent the moving blankets because I was told the truck didn’t come with any. When I got to my destination and opened the back, there were a dozen moving blankets already in it. The 2nd truck I received was relatively new with only 20,000 miles on it. That truck was fantastic except for the lock that holds the ramp in. I had to hit it with a hammer just to unlock the ramp. I would like to be refunded my refueling fee and moving blankets for my first rental. Please contact me to discuss. Thank you
