First, they really need to check for any mechanical issues. One of the truck’s tires was worn out from inside. That was calling for an accident.

Jessica FI booked my truck more than a week in advance, yet one day before pickup I received a call telling me I had to go to a completely different location because they “didn’t have the truck.” When I asked why this happened despite booking so far ahead, the representative’s response was simply: “Do you still want the truck?” Very unprofessional and dismissive. Because of the last-minute location change, I had to pay my friend $35 to drive me to the Irving location. I arrived around 8:10 AM, but their system was down, and it took approximately 40 minutes just to get the truck. By the time I got home, my movers had already been waiting for over 30 minutes, and I ended up paying an additional $50 because of the delay. To make matters worse, the truck was given to me with only one line of gas left (about 71 miles to empty). The receptionist specifically told me I could return it with the same fuel level. I followed those instructions exactly, yet I was later charged $52 for gas anyway.
