But we got charged incorrectly, we only had 16 miles but charged for 160 miles which is a lot more cost to us.

The equipment had right at a quarter of a tank of gas. I declined insurance in my reservation and again verbally when picking up the keys, but it was overridden and added anyway. I had to request it be fixed when I saw my final receipt after returning the truck/keys.
