The truck had weak air-conditioning it was cool but not cold. It also had cigarette odor. It also had about 1/4 of a tank of gas. There was not appliance dolly available. The location was fine and the attendant was helpful, check in and check out was smooth.

M JFirst the location did not have the van I reserved. Had to take a larger vehicle. In addition, this location does not offer blankets which I specifically reserved. Not my best experience at a u-haul.
