Did not have the utility dolly and the location is in a bit of a sketchy area.
Douglad BI got the uhaul because I was in a time crunch and needed to move a bunch of chairs and tables, and renting a truck would be quicker than doing multiple trips in our SUV. I don't live even half a mile from the pickup location. I was able to get the truck home and load it up. Yet when I tried to start it up to bring my items about 5 blocks away, then truck didn't even start!!!! It took hours for roadside assistance to arrive, and in the meantime, I had to spend a lot of time to unload the truck, which took a while to load up in the first place, and ended up having to do the multiple trips in the SUV anyway!!! I just wasted a bunch of time (which I didn't have to spare) and money. And I could have excused that, because things happen (even though they shouldn't). But I wasn't even offered a, "hey, we're sorry about that," much less even a small financial concession for the inconvenience, which I feel should have been in order. Because of the convenience of the location, I won't say I'd never attempt to try them one more time to see if my issues may have been a fluke. But I absolutely wouldn't recommend this location to anyone until I'm confident that they check their equipment and get their customer service skills up.
LUKE AFirst vehicle didn't work. Had to go to another uhaul location. Charged my card more than agreed upon. With no details why.
ADAM SLady working at location was super helpful. But signage for the actual office location may need to be updated and expanded to assist with customers locating office building. Equipment was clean but the odometer needs maintenance error to be cleared as you can’t see your mileage only an error “service tire monitor system”
