Ayla was great with customer service. Location can be a challenge to get to but once there, all works well.
MICHAEL HA bit out of the way because of the construction on Akard Street. But the equipment was clean. And worked flawlessly. The dealer was also helpful in telling me which adapter I needed for my 2024 Gtundai Santa Fe. Apparently, the Hyundai Dealer never told me about the need for a 7-pin adapter. At the time of rental, I had to scramble to purchase one (only $24). Overall experience from U-Haul was 5-Star, as aleays.
Ronald BIt was a terrible experience; the truck didn't have the moving blankets or the flatbed dolly I had reserved. I was charged much more than the quote—I didn't even drive 10 miles, yet they charged me $170 for just two hours of use.
