You can stop changing my pickup locations. It has happened to me 3 times already. I choose a specific location for the miles. If you cannot handle this, then I will take my business elsewhere.

CYNTHIA CThe app was difficult to use. It would not scan my driver's license and did not recognize that I took the photo of the license twice and uploaded it twice. Had to have agent look at it. Also the app did not recognize the photos of the truck which I uploaded and kept giving me messages that I didn't upload any. Finally, the lock to get the key was extremely difficult to open.
