The location may have been clean but it wasn't inviting as I was told to return the rental at 9:20am and the location didn't open until 9:30am. Again, the system's fault. Confusing...
N PSmall, awkwardly shaped parking lot makes maneuvering in the presence of other customers attempting to do the same somewhat challenging, but the staff is friendly, attentive, and proficient, and the equipment and facilities are the best I've seen for U-Haul.

DIANE LI was supposed to pick up the truck around 7:30, I was doing self check in by the app were you need to get the keys for the truck in a small box attached to the wall of a store, the key was not there, I called support they sent me to another location a bit far away, but they gave me 50 discount for the issue, ok then I got in the second location pick it up the truck and started my moving, the guys on support are nice and take notes about everything, really awesome.(I had to call like three times for support, but every time I explain the situation and they were really helpful) even with the issues everything went smooth, Thanks!
